Children develop and learn in different ways

We are committed to personalised learning because we believe that each child is unique. Children are observed carefully to identify their learning styles and their learning needs. This information is used to identify their next steps, which is shared with each child’s parents and carers. This means we can work in partnership to help our children achieve.

Children who are identified with special educational needs and disabilities receive targeted support which is managed by our SENCO. If necessary we work alongside specialist services such as Educational Physiologists and medical professionals to ensure each child’s needs are met.
